Our volunteer opportunities are listed below. If you hover over an opportunity, it will show a brief description. If you click an opportunity, it will show specific details.
To register for a volunteer opportunity, complete the registration form for the specific day(s) and click "Submit". You will know your registration has been approved when you receive an email confirming your date(s) and time(s) for your volunteer shift.
Please note that our Friday Food Packing days fill up quickly, often months in advance. If you would like to be added to a waitlist for a specific day, please email volunteer@jeffcoeats.org.
Group Registration: Groups can use the calendar below to sign up.
- Assign yourselves a Group Leader
- That Leader will click an available opportunity and complete the registration by clicking “Group” under “Sign Up Type,” then entering the Group Name agreed upon by your group.
- The information is then collected for that Group Leader, who will receive communication from our Volunteer Coordinator.
- At the bottom of the page, click “Add Group Members”
- Enter the number of volunteers in your group
- The Leader’s information will be listed as the first volunteer, and you can then choose:?
- Complete Registration
- Add a member (First Name, Last Name, and Email are required). For members who you don't have all the required information, please ask them to register themselves as group members (group member registration link will be provided in the email to the group leader).
All volunteers are required to register for a shift. Please do not show up to volunteer without a confirmed registration.
